INTRODUCTION

You are secret agent and nutritionist, Eaton Write. You are employed by the Federal Organization for Optimal Diets or FOOD. A  article  in Nutrition Magazine stated that Fast Foods are high in calories, fats, sodium and sugar. It recently came to the attention of  the organization that a large number of American high school and college students are eating most of their meals at fast food restaurants. Your goal is to show that you can eat healthy at a fast food restaurant.

TASK

Good Morning, Eaton Write.  Your mission, should you decide to accept it, is to prove that a teenager can eat healthy at fast food restaurants. Your team will include the healthy body calculator and a variety of fast food restaurants. You will then eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, each at a different fast food restaurants. You will prepare a poster that illustrates the meals you selected and the amount of fat, calories, and sodium present in each one. Your mission is to see if you can stay within the daily food requirements for a teenager. As always if your mission is not successful the secretary will disavow any knowledge of your mission.
