Dear Parents:
We are beginning to see an increase in illness in our Primary and Elementary children here at school. I would like to once again remind you of the following:
******** If your child has ANY of the following symptoms in the morning or during the night prior to coming to school, PLEASE keep
your child at home. **********
1.
Fever of 100 or greater - If your child needs Tylenol for fever in the morning before coming to school, he/she needs to stay at home.
2.
Vomiting
3.
Diarrhea
4.
General body or head ache
5.
Unknown rash on body
6.
Severe sore throat
Your child must be fever-free 24 Hours with no Tylenol or Motrin or other fever-reducer medicine being given in order to return to school.
*Please take your child to a Dr. if symptoms persist.*
If you have any questions concerning your child's illness or medicine, please call the school nurse's office at 250-2116

Si usted necesita darle Tylenol para la fiebre a su nino/a en la manana antes de venir a la escuela, su nino/a necesita quedarse en la casa.

Dolor general de cabeza o cuerpo
5.
Sarpullido desconocido en el cuerpo
6.
Dolor de garganta severo
Su hijo/hija no deberia tener fiebre por 24 horas sin medicina como Tylenol o Motrin o reductor de fiebre para poder volver a la escuela.
*Por favor lleve su nino al medico si los sintomas sigen. *
Si tiene preguntas sobre la enfermeda de su hijo o el medicamento, por favor hable a la oficina de la enfermera de la escuela al 250-2116.
